Southeast Car Accident Kills Bronx Woman

A 57-year-old Bronx woman was killed in a New York car crash that involved a vehicle crossing into oncoming traffic. According to The News Times, the fatal car accident occurred on Route 22 in southeast New York. The woman was killed when a 2009 Nissan crossed the centerline and struck the Honda in which she was a passenger. The driver of the Honda sustained serious leg injuries, a passenger in the Nissan suffered scalp and facial injuries and the driver of the Nissan sustained severe head and facial injuries. Police are investigating the New York car crash and as of yet, no charges have been filed.
